You'll partner with senior leaders to drive hiring strategies for business roles across GTM, strategy, and operations at Harvey, an AI platform transforming professional services. You'll own full-cycle recruiting, proactively source passive talent, and improve recruiting operations. The role offers significant autonomy and impact in a fast-growing, well-funded company.

- Serve as strategic talent partner to senior leaders

- Lead calibrated screening and structured interviews
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor
- Experience hiring for business-side functions like GTM, G&A, operations
- Proven sourcing strategy yielding diverse pipelines
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience mentoring junior team members
- Experience implementing recruiting systems
- Familiarity with Ashby, Gem, Notion, Slack, Google Workspace
