You'll partner with senior leaders to drive hiring strategies for business roles across GTM, strategy, and operations at Harvey, an AI platform transforming professional services. You'll own full-cycle recruiting, proactively source passive talent, and improve recruiting operations. The role offers significant autonomy and impact in a fast-growing, well-funded company.

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor
  • Experience hiring for business-side functions like GTM, G&A, operations
  • Proven sourcing strategy yielding diverse pipelines

  • Experience mentoring junior team members
  • Experience implementing recruiting systems
  • Familiarity with Ashby, Gem, Notion, Slack, Google Workspace
