💼 About This Role

You'll operate, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and building equipment for a leading facility solutions provider. Your work ensures efficient building operations and tenant comfort. This role offers hands-on technical work in a stable environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain and repair HVAC/R equipment including chillers and air handlers.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVACR and associated systems.
• Respond to on-demand HVAC requests from building tenants.
• Complete paperwork and reports as directed by Chief Engineer.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of HVAC experience
• Central plant experience
• Ability to lift and carry over 50 lbs

✨ Nice to Have

• Technical school certification in HVAC
• Class A CFC license (or obtain within 90 days)
• Commercial HVACR equipment experience
