Description

You will be the face of Carvana at our CDJR Showroom, creating amazing customer experiences. You'll educate customers on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and RAM vehicles, complete paperwork, and address questions to ensure a positive experience.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience
• Ability to obtain notary within 90 days
• Physically capable of detailing and moving vehicles
• Can walk/stand for 8+ hours in indoor/outdoor conditions
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English

Responsibilities

• Create memorable customer experiences at the showroom
• Educate customers on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, RAM vehicles
• Complete customer paperwork and maintain thorough notes
• Address customer questions and minor technical issues
• Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record
