🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, iterate, and implement the backend of our products
• Develop high-quality Rust software with performance and robustness
• Construct systematic processes for product development
• Contribute to product roadmap aligning commercial and technical needs

📋 Requirements

• 6-10 years of software development experience
• Strong software engineering skills focused on robustness and performance
• Track record of shipping ambitious technical products under tight deadlines
• Deep concern for user experience

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with distributed inference/training
• Background in generative AI or reinforcement learning
