๐ผ About This Role
You'll partner with Sales to design workflows and technical solutions that connect Proton's AI-native CRM to distributors' operations. You'll own solution design through the sales cycle, from discovery to handoff, directly influencing how AI transforms a massive industry. This role combines pre-sales architecture with post-onboarding strategic guidance, and you'll be early in building this function.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Partner with Sales to map prospect needs to Proton capabilities.
- Build technical proposals, workflow diagrams, and architecture recommendations.
- Lead discovery sessions to surface integration requirements and data flows.
- Own solution design through sales cycle and hand off to Implementation.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap based on field patterns.
๐ Requirements
- 4+ years in a Solutions Architect or technical pre-sales role at a SaaS company.
- Comfortable with API integrations and data modeling.
- Proven ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical buyers.
- Specific experience using Claude or comparable AI models as a real part of your workflow.
