💼 About This Role

You'll find and ignite compounding growth loops for a leading procurement intelligence platform. You'll own organic acquisition through technical SEO and AI-search, and launch product-led wedges that create user acquisition without proportional sales investment. This role offers autonomy to define strategy with founders and build from scratch in a high-growth, VC-backed environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and build the next compounding growth loop from scratch
• Own organic acquisition via technical SEO and AI-search pipeline
• Launch product-led wedges bridging product and revenue
• Run rapid 0-to-1 cycles: whiteboard to prototype to scale

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience building growth from zero at a startup or as founder
• Fluent in German and English
• Extreme ownership: builds roadmap and solutions without permission
• Ego-free overachiever who elevates the team
