💼 About This Role

You'll join a late-stage biotechnology company redefining cell therapy manufacturing. You'll monitor and improve commercial drug product processes to ensure consistent delivery of life-saving therapies. This role supports process validation and troubleshooting in a state-of-the-art facility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor commercial product processes and generate metrics
• Support process improvements and electronic batch record changes
• Investigate manufacturing events and implement corrective actions
• Author and execute change controls and validation protocols

📋 Requirements

• B.S. in Engineering or similar field
• 3+ years experience in regulated GMP manufacturing
• Experience in biologics or pharmaceutical fill/finish or drug substance manufacturing
• Prior experience in biotechnology or cell therapy manufacturing preferred

🚩 Heads Up

• Night shift 6pm-6:30am may be demanding for some
• Cleanroom gowning includes no cosmetics or jewelry
• Must be able to work at either of two locations
