💼 About This Role

You'll own the month-end close and reporting for US clients as a Latin America-based accountant. You'll drive process improvements and deliver variance analysis to help leaders act. This role offers permanent work-from-home with company equipment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cash-flow projections for SMB clients.
• Own month-end close: AP/AR, journal entries, accruals, and general ledger.
• Reconcile bank, credit card, merchant, and loan accounts.
• Run payroll including wage calculations and deductions.
• Standardize checklists, close calendars, and SOPs.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of US accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• QuickBooks Online proficiency with clean workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Comfortable working US business hours from Latin America.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Xero or Bill.com.
• Proficiency in G-Suite/Excel (pivot tables, lookups).
• CPA certification.
