Description

As a Customer Advocate, you'll create a memorable pickup experience at our Vending Machine, handle paperwork, address customer questions, and ensure a smooth process. This role offers performance-based growth opportunities and a starting hourly rate of $22/hr.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks like detailing and loading vehicles
• Ability to walk/stand for extended periods (8+ hours)
• Ability to lift/push/pull items up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Create an amazing and memorable pickup experience for customers
• Complete customer paperwork and maintain thorough notes in tracking system
• Address customer questions and minor technical issues related to the vending machine
• Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record
• Obtain a Notary within the first 90 days (Carvana-sponsored)
