💼 About This Role

You'll work directly with the CEO to set the cadence for how the company operates and own end-to-end execution on hiring, finance, and day-to-day operations. You'll build and automate processes as we scale, driving impact across recruiting, marketing, and customer development.

• Own internal operations for finances, HR, and more
• Run hiring: source candidates, run interviews, close offers
• Execute growth, sales, marketing, and partnership projects
• Build and automate processes and systems as we scale

📋 Requirements

• Startup, consulting, or investing experience
• Comfortable with ambiguity and writing the playbook
• Strong ownership and bias towards action
• Highly autonomous with proven track record

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with enterprise GTM motion
• Product sense and understanding of software quality
• Familiarity with AI tools and process automation
