📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architecture.
• Registered Professional Engineer or NCARB Architect licensure.
• 10+ years of experience in forensic engineering or architecture.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
