You'll lead our data engineering strategy, ensuring data becomes a strategic enabler for insights and innovation. You'll partner with product, marketing, and C-suite to translate technical complexity into business value. This role reports to the CTO and offers a chance to build a world-class data platform at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and evolve data engineering strategy with pragmatic architecture.
• Ensure data quality, availability, and accessibility across the organization.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of data engineers.
• Partner with data science to operationalize ML models and pipelines.

📋 Requirements

• 14+ years of experience in data engineering.
• 3+ years in a leadership capacity.
• Deep expertise in modern data tooling (Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, Kafka, Databricks).
• Track record of building reliable, scalable data infrastructure.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting ML/AI initiatives and integration with data engineering.
• Strong understanding of data governance and observability.
• B-Tech or M-Tech in Computer Science from a reputed university.
