You'll lead the design and rollout of training programs for sales and customer-facing teams at Socure, a leader in identity verification. Your work will directly impact how our teams onboard and perform using AI-driven role plays and personalized learning paths, ensuring scalability as we grow.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and roll out learning courses by persona (AE, SC, TPM).
• Develop AI role plays for discovery and demo calls.
• Conduct 1:1 check-ins with new hires to track progress.
• Coordinate training events and cross-team initiatives.

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in enablement
• Experience with Learning Management Systems like LearnUpon or Mindtickle
• Experience with AI role play tools or building courses
• Strong project management skills handling multiple tasks
