You'll partner with executive leadership to enable compliant innovation and scale legal processes that support nationwide expansion. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise executive leadership on healthcare regulatory and compliance matters
• Lead payer contracting, vendor agreements, and commercial negotiations
• Oversee HIPAA/privacy, Medicare & Medicaid, and telehealth initiatives
• Build scalable legal policies and compliance programs for rapid growth

📋 Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school
• 10+ years of healthcare legal experience
• Active State Bar membership
• Expertise in payer contracting and healthcare regulations
