• Drive store performance on conversion, ATV, and UPT KPIs
• Coach and inspire team to lift capability and confidence daily
• Oversee stock flow, replenishment, and visual merchandising standards

📋 Requirements

• Proven success managing a high volume or focal store
• Strong business acumen with track record of delivering results
• Solid visual merchandising capability and principles
• Ability to lift and carry boxes up to 20 lbs
