Description

You will perform preventative and corrective maintenance on solar power plants near Evansville, Indiana, ensuring safety and professionalism. This role involves troubleshooting electrical equipment, maintaining work orders, and operating a motor vehicle.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in commercial/industrial O&M on solar power plants preferred
• Preventative maintenance experience on solar utility equipment preferred
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and installation skills
• Experience with inverters, tracker systems, or substation equipment (TMEIC/SMA/Sungrow/Nextracker/ATI) preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in ambient temperatures

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance of solar utility and substation equipment
• Document work orders, time logs, inventory control, and emergency schedules
• Troubleshoot electrical components using digital multi-meters, meggers, amp clamps
• Test and troubleshoot installed solar equipment
• Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally
