Description

You will help build and maintain test-benches, test-sites, and a launchpad for the launcher 'Spectrum'. You'll plan electrical systems with WSCAD, carry out build-up, maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades, and work closely with engineering departments across testing and launch sites. You'll also lead electrical aspects of medium-sized projects, coordinate small teams, and manage external companies.

Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship as electrician with further education (Techniker, Meister, or similar)
• At least 5 years experience with industrial electrical systems (24V, 230/400V)
• Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, components, industrial sensors and actuators
• Experience with ECAD programs (preferably WSCAD)
• Familiar with applicable electrics standards (VDE/EN)
• High reliability and sense of responsibility
• Team player with can-do attitude
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical aspects of medium-sized projects
• Coordinate work in small workgroups and external companies
• Plan electric systems for test benches (24VDC, 230/400VAC)
• Create circuit diagrams for control cabinets per standards
• Wire sensors and actuators, construct and wire control cabinets
• Install electrical systems, troubleshoot complex issues
• Carry out standardized functional testing and prepare measurement protocols
