Description
You will partner with VP and Director-level leaders across CX, Operations, and Technology to define and execute AI-first transformation programs, while directly building conversational AI agents using the NICE platform. This role combines strategic advisory with hands-on agent development to drive enterprise-scale intelligent experiences.
Requirements
- Experience in AI strategy and agentic transformation at enterprise scale
- Hands-on experience in conversational AI agent development (voice, digital, async)
- Strong background in CX strategy and customer journey redesign
- Cloud transformation and on-premises to CXone migration experience
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Lead AI transformation planning and program execution with VP and Director-level stakeholders across CX, Operations, and Technology
- Design, build, and deploy conversational AI agents from inception through production
- Develop business cases, transformation roadmaps, and senior-level materials for high-stakes program decisions
- Drive change management for cloud migration and adoption of AI workflows
- Coordinate cross-functional teams through the full agent development lifecycle
