π― What You'll Do
- Craft coffee products and serve customers with energy and empathy
- Train new employees on recipes, processes, and brand standards
- Open and close the location safely and ensure cleaning duties
- Resolve minor customer issues positively and solution-focused
π Requirements
- 2+ years in a customer service leadership position
- 18+ years of age
- Able to lift 25+ lbs and stand for long periods
- Availability 30-40 hours per week including peak days
