Requirements

  • 8+ years experience in sales support or deal strategy at a high-growth tech company with sales team of 500+
  • Significant experience with Salesforce reporting and data visualization tools like Tableau
  • Excellent communication skills with AVP+ levels
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com and the overall sales technology ecosystem

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales and cross-functional leadership to create strategies for the Enterprise Sales team
  • Define and refine processes for intake, assessment, and prioritization of requests to minimize friction points
  • Lead initiative to enhance sales representative experience for those managing named customers
  • Drive prioritization and execution of improvements to increase revenue from Enterprise customers
  • Hire, develop, and lead an inclusive, engaged, high-performing team
