You will lead complex analytical projects, translating business problems into scalable analyses and driving strategic decisions through data. Collaborate across departments to design data models, dashboards, and reports, while mentoring juniors and advancing event tracking and A/B testing systems.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience as Data Analyst or similar role
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL
• Advanced proficiency in Kimball/dimensional modelling
• Advanced proficiency in Looker and LookML
• Hands-on experience with A/B tests and statistical inference

Responsibilities

• Lead complex analytical projects with multi-level dependencies
• Translate business problems into scalable quantitative analyses
• Design robust data models using Kimball/dimensional modelling
• Develop predictive and classification models for product and marketing
• Mentor junior colleagues on analytical research and data storytelling
