Description

You will perform advanced architectural assignments, plan and design projects, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams. You'll independently handle complex tasks, prepare plans and specifications, and contribute to design budgets and marketing proposals. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects for mission-driven clients in a collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in architecture from accredited program
• Six years of experience in architecture profession
• Completed AXP requirements
• Licensed architect or on path to licensure within a year
• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam

Responsibilities

• Perform complex architectural tasks with limited guidance
• Prepare plans, specifications, exhibits, and reports
• Coordinate and check own work, mentor junior staff
• Conduct Life Safety analyses and prepare Life Safety Plans
• Perform construction administration duties
