Description

You will drive acquisition of scaled experiences and manage top-producing accounts in your region, from sourcing and onboarding to optimizing and growing existing partner relationships. This role is highly collaborative, working across business, operations, and design teams to ensure a diverse and curated supply of experiences.

Requirements

• 8+ years in content/supply acquisition, partnerships, account management or sales-related roles
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Deep knowledge of local travel, entertainment, pop culture, art, food and hospitality trends
• Sharp eye for cultural trends and ability to assess quality
• Skilled in delivering for cross-functional teams and fostering trust across disciplines
• Proficient in CRM systems (like Salesforce) and organizational systems (like Airtable)
• Accountability for results with proven ability to deliver against KPIs
• Thrives in ambiguity and can pivot quickly

Responsibilities

• Source key people and activities core to the city's identity and culture, staying updated on industry trends
• Acquire both existing and co-created Experiences by pitching the value proposition to prospective hosts
• Orient hosts through first 3-6 months on-platform, supporting with optimization and growth best practices
• Provide regular project updates and actionable feedback to cross-functional leads
• Ensure accurate data hygiene across tracking systems and report on performance trends
• Align sourced supply with quality measures set forth by cross-functional stakeholders
