You will be a trusted advocate for aircraft charter operators, solving issues via chat, email, and phone, partnering with Customer Success and sales teams, and providing feedback to Product and Engineering. Some after hours and weekend work required.

• History of success in a customer-facing role

• Interest in aviation or travel industry is a plus

• Solve client issues via chat, email, and phone
