💼 About This Role

You'll own feature work inside a product area, converting customer and business needs into shipped outcomes for Agentic/Benefitsolver 2.0. You'll partner with engineering to shape requirements and sequence complex platform efforts. This role offers dedicated product leadership for a scalable, modern benefits administration platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own defined features from discovery through launch and post-launch follow-up.
• Write clear problem statements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success measures.
• Partner with engineering and design to evaluate solution options and dependencies.
• Use customer feedback and analytics to refine priorities; monitor adoption and outcomes.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, design, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1+ years of experience in product management or adjacent role (BA, operations, UX, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to create clear product artifacts.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices and product development workflows.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in SaaS, HR technology, benefits administration, or healthcare-adjacent domains.
• Experience supporting participant or administrator workflows, implementations, or service operations.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, analytics tools, or design collaboration tools.
