💼 About This Role

You'll provide instructional support for EL students in co-teaching and small group settings, coordinate ELPAC testing, and monitor student progress. You'll lead the school in becoming more responsive to ELD needs through professional development and collaboration with staff.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate ELPAC testing and complete annual training modules
• Send required state communications to families regarding language classification
• Assist in reclassification process with proper documentation
• Monitor student progress data and share with stakeholders
• Present information at ELAC meetings and support family outreach

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Valid California Teaching Credential or ability to attain one
• CLAD, BCLAD, or EL Authorization
• Spanish language proficiency
