You'll serve as the primary liaison for NMCI support at Patuxent River Naval Air Station, managing employee and seat order data in the NMCI Enterprise Tool. You'll ensure seamless communication between customers, contractors, and the NAVAIR CTR Team while resolving equipment and service issues. This role offers the chance to work directly with DoD mission-critical systems in a structured government environment.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Create and maintain employee and seat order data in NMCI Enterprise Tool
  • Assist customers with hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Submit MAC requests and process SAAR/SAAR-N forms
  • Coordinate with customers and Base Telephone Office for phone and mobile device requirements

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer support for computer hardware and software
  • Secret clearance (eligible for TS/SCI upgrade)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and TEAMS
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of NMCI policies and procedures
  • Experience with audio-visual equipment and VTC setup
  • Familiarity with NAVAIR NMCI Portal and documentation
