As a Customer Advocate at Carvana, you'll deliver vehicles directly to customers, load/unload cars onto haulers, complete paperwork, and ensure safe driving. Embrace the 'Hauler-Life' while providing a joyful customer experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
• Must obtain or have a Notary within 90 days (Carvana-sponsored)
• Valid driver's license with clean record
• Availability to work 7 days a week, rotating days off

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers using custom car haulers
• Load and unload vehicles onto the hauler
• Complete customer paperwork and update tracking system
• Inspect the car-hauler for safety
• Maintain a clean driving record
