💼 About This Role
You'll lead complex securities valuations and financial model design for a rapidly growing consultancy backed by New Mountain Capital. You'll drive valuation solutions across illiquid investments and industries, applying rigorous financial modeling to inform strategic decisions. You'll also mentor junior team members and support business development in a high-performance culture.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Build option pricing models, Monte Carlo simulations, binomial models for financial instruments
- Interview clients to gather data and develop comprehensive valuation solutions
- Report and present valuation analyses both verbally and in written reports
- Coach and mentor junior team members and support firm-building initiatives
📋 Requirements
- 6+ years constructing/reviewing valuation and financial models
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Proficiency in R, Python, MATLAB, Crystal Ball or similar simulation tools
- Willing to work hybrid in-office 4 days/week in one of the listed cities

- CFA, FRM, or PRM certification
- Experience with exotic options, convertible debt, commodity derivatives
- Proven ability to sell new opportunities and develop client relationships
