๐ผ About This Role
You'll manage a portfolio of high-touch real estate agents as their day-to-day contact at Compass. You'll drive adoption of Compass technology through one-on-one support and group training. This role is fully in-office in Bellevue.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of high-touch customers via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Promote adoption of Compass technology through 1:1 support and training sessions.
- Provide marketing support using templates for listings and postcards.
- Partner with Onboarding team on new customer welcome strategy.
๐ Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service, training, office management, hospitality, or operations.
- Ability to work in office during standard operating hours.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
โจ Nice to Have
- Previous experience in real estate.
- Experience with live or remote training.
- Experience with enterprise technology like Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence.
