๐Ÿ’ผ About This Role

You'll manage a portfolio of high-touch real estate agents as their day-to-day contact at Compass. You'll drive adoption of Compass technology through one-on-one support and group training. This role is fully in-office in Bellevue.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of high-touch customers via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
  • Promote adoption of Compass technology through 1:1 support and training sessions.
  • Provide marketing support using templates for listings and postcards.
  • Partner with Onboarding team on new customer welcome strategy.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service, training, office management, hospitality, or operations.
  • Ability to work in office during standard operating hours.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in real estate.
  • Experience with live or remote training.
  • Experience with enterprise technology like Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence.
