🎯 What You'll Do

• Gather requirements and create functional specifications for ERP configurations.
• Map business processes to ERP functionality and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with engineers to facilitate technical specifications and testing.
• Support data integrations and maintain data mappings between systems.
• Monitor system performance, resolve incidents, and conduct root cause analysis.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• 5+ years experience as a Functional Analyst implementing and supporting ERP.
• Experience in Sporting Goods/Fashion/CPG/FMCG industry.
• Proficient in SQL for data extraction and analysis.

• Experience with Infor M3 on cloud.
• Experience with automation and workflow creation.
