You'll define and scale OpenAI's marketing strategy for SMB advertisers globally. You'll own how SMBs discover and adopt OpenAI's advertising platform. This role is hands-on at the intersection of product marketing, growth, and sales enablement.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Define end-to-end SMB advertiser marketing strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion.
  • Build SMB segmentation framework by business size, industry, and growth potential.
  • Lead self-serve growth initiatives to drive sign-ups, onboarding, and repeat spend.
  • Create scalable lifecycle marketing programs across email, in-product, and webinars.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 12+ years in growth marketing, product marketing, or SMB go-to-market leadership.
  • Experience scaling SMB self-service advertising ecosystems at Google, Meta, Amazon, etc.
  • Deep understanding of SMB customer behavior and self-serve funnels.
  • Fluent in performance marketing concepts including campaign setup, targeting, and ROI.

  • Experience marketing self-service SaaS or advertising platforms.
  • Strong product instincts to partner with PMs and engineers.
  • Proven people leadership in building high-performing teams.
