You'll serve as the face of Redwood Credit Union, providing exceptional service to members and community. You'll open accounts, process loans, and cross-sell products while overseeing branch operations and coaching team members. This role combines sales, service, and operational leadership in a people-first environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Open accounts and match member needs to products
• Process loan applications and complete funding
• Balance vault and CDMs, order cash shipments
• Conduct branch audits and oversee operations in manager's absence

📋 Requirements

• Thorough knowledge of financial institution products and services including loans
• Skilled in counting and balancing cash
• Ability to obtain NMLS registration and SAFE Act compliance
• Ability to work rotating schedule including Saturdays
