Description

You will support the operation and maintenance of critical water and wastewater systems in a semiconductor facility. Gain hands-on experience with UPW generation and distribution, wastewater treatment, preventive maintenance, and compliance monitoring while working alongside experienced technicians.

Requirements

• Enrollment in or recent completion of a technical program (mechanical, environmental, or related field)
• Mechanically inclined with a strong interest in hands-on technical work
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems (pumps, piping, valves)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment

Responsibilities

• Support daily UPW system operations including RO, EDI, ion exchange, UV oxidation, and filtration
• Operate and monitor wastewater treatment systems, such as neutralization and chemical dosing
• Perform routine rounds and record system parameters (conductivity, pH, flow, etc.)
• Assist with preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment
• Support water quality monitoring, sampling, chemical handling, and CMMS documentation
