You will resolve complex customer problems by troubleshooting software defects and security vulnerabilities in source code using tools like SAST, SCA, and DAST. Work closely with R&D and support teams to provide high-quality support for strategic customers, acting as their trusted advisor and advocate.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical support
- 4-year technical BS (Computer Science preferred)
- C/C++/C# or Java programming experience
- Understanding of software lifecycle and build process
- Experience with Linux/Unix, Windows, and multiple compiler environments
Responsibilities
- Resolve customer problems and provide high-quality technical support
- Work closely with R&D and support staff to find solutions
- Be the single point of contact and trusted advisor for strategic customers
- Troubleshoot incoming problems via online meetings, email, and phone
- Create and share knowledge internally and with customers
