Your core impact is driving customer retention and growth by acting as a trusted advisor and coordinating cross-functional teams. This role stands out for its focus on strategic account management within a leading AI-infused planning platform.

  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers with ~$10M ARR
  • Drive customer adoption, value realization, and renewal
  • Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, and Partner teams
  • Conduct regular customer check-ins and executive presentations

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 10+ years of account management, consulting, or client services experience
  • Customer-first mentality and extreme ownership
  • Strong project and program management experience
  • Excellent communication and executive presence
