Your core impact is driving customer retention and growth by acting as a trusted advisor and coordinating cross-functional teams. This role stands out for its focus on strategic account management within a leading AI-infused planning platform.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers with ~$10M ARR
- Drive customer adoption, value realization, and renewal
- Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, and Partner teams
- Conduct regular customer check-ins and executive presentations
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years of account management, consulting, or client services experience
- Customer-first mentality and extreme ownership
- Strong project and program management experience
- Excellent communication and executive presence
