You'll lead a high-performing field sales team to win new clients and expand into new verticals for a virtual data room (VDR) provider trusted by 300,000 companies. Your core impact is driving regional growth through value-based selling and coaching your team to exceed targets. ๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of field sales professionals
  • Define operational metrics and report on team performance
  • Cultivate new business and secure strategic partnerships
  • Align with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on new business development sales experience
  • At least 1 year of direct line management of outbound sellers
  • Professional sales background within the B2B SaaS industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in Polish and English
