You'll lead a high-performing field sales team to win new clients and expand into new verticals for a virtual data room (VDR) provider trusted by 300,000 companies. Your core impact is driving regional growth through value-based selling and coaching your team to exceed targets. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of field sales professionals
- Define operational metrics and report on team performance
- Cultivate new business and secure strategic partnerships
- Align with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on new business development sales experience
- At least 1 year of direct line management of outbound sellers
- Professional sales background within the B2B SaaS industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Polish and English
