You'll support store leadership in delivering an excellent customer experience at BoxLunch, a pop culture retailer. Your core impact includes training team members and assisting with daily operations to meet sales targets. This role offers a chance to combine fandom knowledge with retail leadership in a philanthropic environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer returns.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising mix.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
