You'll engage and nurture prospects during their trial of HighLevel's all-in-one sales and marketing platform. You'll drive trial-to-paid conversions through consultative demos and communication. You'll impact the customer journey from day one in a remote-first, global SaaS company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify, engage, and nurture new customer relationships
• Conduct consultative trial engagement via Zoom
• Communicate via phone, SMS, email, and live support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive conversions

📋 Requirements

• 0-2 years of customer service or sales experience
• Strong technical aptitude for SaaS platforms
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent SaaS experience
• Experience in Sales Development or Technical Sales
• Knowledge of Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, and social media
