You'll be cross-trained to support the full plant life cycle, from clone to harvest, at a leading global cannabis provider. Your core impact is helping grow premium cannabis while maintaining top-quality standards in a high-growth, purpose-driven company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform daily plant care including cutting, rooting, transplanting, watering, feeding, trimming, staking, and pruning
• Track humidity, moisture, and temperature to maintain ideal growing conditions
• Inspect plants for leaf health, bloom size, pests, or disease and remove non-conforming plants
• Assist with harvest by cutting plants, trimming, weighing products, and recording inventory

• Green thumb and genuine passion for working with plants, with experience harvesting in a professional or home setting
• Thrive in a fast-paced team environment collaborating with others
• Sharp attention to detail ensuring quality and consistency
• Reliable with strong documentation, inventory, and organizational skills
