💼 About This Role

You'll join Jeeves as a Sales Development Representative to grow the Colombian market through multi-channel prospecting. You'll close high-value clients and report to the Country Manager.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and research potential clients using various tools.
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
• Qualify leads using BANT criteria.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track lead progression.
• Collaborate with Account Executives for smooth lead handoff.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years sales or customer-facing experience in fintech/finance/tech.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Proven experience in prospecting and lead qualification.
• CRM proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot or similar.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with BANT or similar sales methodologies.
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or ZoomInfo.
• Understanding of fintech industry trends.
