🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with People teams to turn analyses into data-driven insights
• Design and build automated dashboards for self-service analytics
• Liaise with Data Engineering to create a central people data repository
• Prioritize and triage analytical requests from across the People team

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on analytics experience
• Advanced SQL skills for manipulating large datasets
• Proficient in Python or R for data wrangling
• Extensive experience with Tableau or another visualization tool

• People/HR analytics experience
• Familiarity with data modeling and data quality best practices
• Exposure to Modern Cloud Data Warehouses
