Description

You will be embedded in the day-to-day rhythm of the business, supporting commercial deals, vendor relationships, and internal initiatives. You'll build systems that streamline legal workflows, review and manage agreements, and partner with GTM, finance, and leadership to remove bottlenecks. The goal is to make legal scale with the company's growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years paralegal experience, ideally in SaaS or high-growth environment
• Strong experience reviewing and managing commercial contracts
• Comfortable handling multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
• Clear communicator who translates legal nuance for non-legal teams
• Systems thinker with high ownership and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and manage high volume of agreements (NDAs, vendor, commercial contracts)
• Own contract lifecycle management—keep records clean and up to date
• Identify friction in legal workflows and build processes to reduce turnaround time
• Partner with internal teams to move deals forward, balancing risk and speed
• Create and maintain templates, playbooks, and guidelines that scale legal support
