💼 About This Role

You'll lead and scale high-performance teams responsible for insourcing custom integrated circuits from prototyping to high-volume production. You'll collaborate closely with engineering, supply chain, and operations to solve problems in a fast-paced cleanroom environment. This role is critical to Starlink's mission of delivering global high-speed connectivity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Hire, lead, and mentor a team of supervisors, specialists, and technicians
• Define and enforce operational standards with strict accountability
• Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes for high-volume production
• Support new product introductions, line expansions, and facility upgrades

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or STEM discipline, or 4+ years leadership experience
• 3+ years of production operations or process development experience
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership position
• Must be a U.S. person under ITAR regulations
