You'll collaborate with peers to ensure sales expectations are met and exceed quotas. This field-based role offers uncapped commissions and the chance to transform restaurant operations.

- Hire and develop a quota-achieving sales team
- Coach team on discovery, demos, and solution crafting
- Enable team through walk-ins, prospecting, and trade shows
- Strategically use Salesforce to drive productivity and report pipelines
π Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience in sourcing/closing role
- 3+ years of leadership experience
- Proven track record of success
- Entrepreneurial and self-motivated with ability to perform under pressure
