🎯 What You'll Do

• Own every drink crafted to perfection, every time
• Hire and train high-potential barista talent
• Design shift schedules balancing labour and demand
• Lead rollout of new initiatives in your stores

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years leading operations in high-growth hospitality
• Proven ability to build and lead a team from scratch
• Strong P&L understanding including labour and inventory
