You'll provide second-level customer support and integration protocol testing for iGaming partners. You'll diagnose and resolve technical issues to ensure seamless integrations. This role offers remote work and a competitive compensation package.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Understand and analyze issues to find appropriate solutions
- Conduct integration protocol testing
- Provide second-level customer support
- Deliver excellent customer service with 5 shifts per week
๐ Requirements
- Java, C#, Node.js, or TypeScript experience
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Elastic, Dynatrace, Grafana)
- Upper-Intermediate English (written and spoken)
- Working knowledge of XML and JSON
โจ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with the iGaming industry
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Kubernetes
- Experience using Jira and the Atlassian stack
