You'll provide second-level customer support and integration protocol testing for iGaming partners. You'll diagnose and resolve technical issues to ensure seamless integrations. This role offers remote work and a competitive compensation package.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Understand and analyze issues to find appropriate solutions
  • Conduct integration protocol testing
  • Provide second-level customer support
  • Deliver excellent customer service with 5 shifts per week

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Java, C#, Node.js, or TypeScript experience
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools (Elastic, Dynatrace, Grafana)
  • Upper-Intermediate English (written and spoken)
  • Working knowledge of XML and JSON

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with the iGaming industry
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Kubernetes
  • Experience using Jira and the Atlassian stack
