💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of Account Executives in our Startup and SMB segments, driving new business acquisition and revenue growth. You'll recruit, train, and develop your team, fostering a culture of achievement. This role offers unlimited holidays and the flexibility of a digital-first remote culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead a team of Account Executives to achieve quarterly and annual quotas
  • Recruit, train, and onboard new Account Executives
  • Conduct weekly one-on-ones and individual career progression plans
  • Build and maintain pipeline health with accurate forecasts

📋 Requirements

  • Experience building and coaching consultative sales teams at a growth stage SaaS business
  • Past full sales cycle experience in SaaS managing multi-threaded processes
  • Experience selling to technical personas (CTO, Head of Product, Founders)
  • Proven ability to build technical sales pipelines and manage time effectively

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in a Merchant of Record or payments company
  • Experience scaling teams in EMEA and APAC markets
