You'll lead a team of Account Executives in our Startup and SMB segments, driving new business acquisition and revenue growth. You'll recruit, train, and develop your team, fostering a culture of achievement. This role offers unlimited holidays and the flexibility of a digital-first remote culture.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead a team of Account Executives to achieve quarterly and annual quotas
- Recruit, train, and onboard new Account Executives
- Conduct weekly one-on-ones and individual career progression plans
- Build and maintain pipeline health with accurate forecasts
📋 Requirements
- Experience building and coaching consultative sales teams at a growth stage SaaS business
- Past full sales cycle experience in SaaS managing multi-threaded processes
- Experience selling to technical personas (CTO, Head of Product, Founders)
- Proven ability to build technical sales pipelines and manage time effectively

- Experience in a Merchant of Record or payments company
- Experience scaling teams in EMEA and APAC markets
