You will lead a team of infrastructure engineers, acting as a bridge between technical execution and business strategy. Your focus is on people leadership—mentoring, career growth, and operational excellence—while managing budgets, roadmaps, and a hybrid on-prem/cloud estate. This role requires adaptability to shifting priorities in a lean, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Solid technical background in on-prem Linux, containers, Ansible, Kafka/RabbitMQ, MySQL/Postgres, Juniper networking, GCP/AWS, and CI/CD platforms
• Experience in people leadership and team management
• Ability to manage in a high-velocity, context-switching environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to define roadmaps and ensure operational excellence

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of infrastructure engineers
• Conduct weekly 1-2-1s, manage performance reviews, and handle all people management aspects
• Schedule and lead formal training sessions for operational improvements
• Create professional development plans for direct reports
• Own the hiring process and foster an inclusive culture
