🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and inspire 8-10 Account Executives to exceed goals
• Conduct weekly 1-on-1 touch bases and call reviews
• Manage escalations and navigate complex deals
• Lead weekly team meetings and training sessions

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of quota carrying experience
• 3+ years sales management experience managing 5+ reps
• Proven success in a high velocity/high volume sales environment
• Comfort in a fast-paced startup environment with ambiguity

• Experience selling to SMB customers in an antiquated industry
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of Salesforce and sales tech stack like Gong
